Marketing and Fundraising Intern
This volunteer position involves Internet research, data
entry, mailings, and other administrative assistance as needed. College credit
may be available depending on your school’s requirements.
The ideal candidate would be interested in gaining experience
in a nonprofit environment and available 6 hours per week (can be adjusted to
your schedule) with the possibility of increased hours as the position evolves.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and use of the the Internet. Experience
with database management, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Donor Perfect is a
plus.
Milieu Counselor I

Per Diem (scheduled as needed)
Benefits:

Salary:
$10 to $12 per hour + $2 per hour Per Diem Incentive added to base pay.
(shift differentials paid in addition to hourly rate)
Our Milieu Counselor I position is an entry level position and is available in all of our programs. For the Adult Program experience in/knowledge of one or more of the following diagnoses is a plus: depression, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse and/or eating disorders. Seeking to fill gaps in all shifts and all days of the week. Especially interested in evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. A high percentage of our per diem MCs are offered positions. Seeking to fill gaps in all shifts and all days of the week. Especially interested in evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. A high percentage of our per diem MCs are offered positions. Salary: Competitive + $2 per hour Per Diem Incentive added to base pay.
Our residential programs for children, adolescent girls, and adults
continuously interview nurses. Some of the presenting diagnoses are
attachment disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, borderline
personality disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Seeking to fill gaps in a variety of shifts and days. Especially interested in evening, overnight, and weekend coverage.
LPN or RN required.
Experience with residential programs helpful but not required.

Available to employees who are hired into an employee
agreement of 30 hours or more per week. Health benefits

This benefit is a paid time off benefit and is offered to
employees with a 20 hour or more per week agreement.

APPLICATION
PROCESS
Upon
receipt of your cover letter and resume an acknowledgement will be sent
advising you of our receipt of your interest. Those selected for an interview
will be contacted by phone or email to arrange an interview time.

Interview: On the day of the
interview all candidates will be asked to complete The Wellspring Foundation Application for Employment, complete forms
authorizing background checks and reference requests. The candidate will need
to bring the complete mailing addresses and phone numbers of four (4) references (2 professional and 2
personal.)

Reference Check: After interviews
for an open position are conducted reference request forms will be mailed for
those candidates that are viable. References are verified once they
have been returned to Wellspring.

Offers are made by the Director of
Human Resources after all background searches, employment verifications, and references have been received and
verified. Specifics of the offer are discussed at that time.
